The Woman Behind the Work
A life of service. A decision to live more fully.

For much of my professional life, I have been the person people turn to when they need support, clarity, or a way forward.

As a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, I have spent more than three decades working with people through change, uncertainty, and transformation.
My work has taught me the importance of resilience, the complexity of the human experience, and the power of feeling truly seen.
But I have also seen what happens when capable women become so accustomed to being needed that they lose touch with what they need themselves.
I know how easy it is to keep going, keep accomplishing, and keep showing up while quietly postponing the parts of life that bring you joy.

At some point, I had to ask myself a question that changed how I viewed my own life:

What would it mean to create a life I didn’t need to escape from?

That question invited me to reconsider the relationship between achievement and fulfillment.

I began to make room for experiences that nourished me, choices that reflected my desires, and a version of success that included freedom, pleasure, and the ability to enjoy the life I was building.

Living in the South of France has become one expression of that evolution. It reminds me that life can hold ambition and ease, meaningful work and beautiful afternoons, responsibility and adventure.

Neither has to cancel out the other.

Why I Created The Lotus Wellness Group

I created The Lotus Wellness Group to bring together my professional experience and my belief that well-being must extend beyond simply getting through the day.

I want women to have the opportunity to examine the expectations they have inherited, reconnect with the desires they have silenced, and make intentional choices about the lives they want to live.

Sometimes that work happens through coaching.
Sometimes it happens when we step away from our routines and experience a different environment.
Sometimes it begins with a simple realization: I am allowed to want more.

Through coaching, Sanctuary Retreats, Pleasure Without Apology, and The Frolick Society, I create opportunities for women to explore that realization and put it into practice.

My Philosophy

I believe:

Your worth is not determined by how much you do for other people.

You can be successful without sacrificing your well-being.

Pleasure is a meaningful part of a fulfilling life, not merely a reward for hard work.

You are allowed to change your mind, redefine success, and begin again.

The right community can remind you of possibilities you may have forgotten.

You deserve to be an active participant in the life you are creating.

My work is not about telling women who to become. It is about helping them reconnect with who they are, discover what they want, and make choices that reflect that truth.

If you are ready to explore what your next chapter could look like, I would love to welcome you.

You have spent enough time being everything to everyone. Let’s make room for you.
